A summer camp or family camp is a perfect place for teaching the BePeace™ Practice!
- Teach children a skill set for life.
- Teach families skills for living together in harmony and creativity.
- Reach out to your local community.
Because BePeace teaches life skills with a focus on fostering peace, it can work in any church setting.
To plan your camp, you can purchase a BePeace camp kit (either as a complete kit or in a digital format) that will give you everything you need to run a camp. An RFI camp program administrator who is a certified curriculum instructor of the BePeace Practice will work with you to plan and conduct your camp.
The camp schedule includes plenty of time for traditional camp activities, such as arts and crafts, music and games, and for covering the six BePeace lessons:
- Feelings and Needs Cards
- Quick Coherence® Technique
- Heart-Brain Insight
- The BePeace Worksheet
- Empathy Circle
- BePeace Game
After the camp, the children can continue using their BePeace skills during Sunday school and, for those who write, with a BePeace Process Daily Workbook, available from your certified curriculum instructor.
